1-on-1 Onboarding
Each ATP participant begins with a comprehensive assessment, including a body composition analysis to establish their starting point. Based on this, a qualified trainer creates a personalised program tailored to their goals, fitness level, and individual needs.
Group Personal Training (8-1 coach per session)
ATP classes are limited to just eight participants per coach, giving you focused attention in a high-energy, small-group environment. You’ll follow your own personalised program, moving through each phase on a timed rotation to ensure smooth flow and shared access to our machines. While sessions are individually tailored, the structure keeps everyone progressing together, eliminating downtime. ATP delivers the expert guidance and accountability of personal training at a significantly lower cost, making it one of the most effective and affordable ways to achieve your aesthetic goals.
Tracking Your Progress
Every workout, rep, and progression is recorded, allowing you and your coach to gain actionable insights and adjust your program for optimal results. The app also provides an easy-to-use interface for logging workouts, tracking metrics, and reviewing progress over time, ensuring you stay motivated, accountable, and on track toward your fitness goals.
Guided Coaching & Program Support
Although you follow your personalised program, you’re never on your own. A dedicated coach is always on hand to ensure you fully understand your plan, explain any terminology or training techniques, like drop sets, tempo, RPE, or RM, and show you exactly how to use each piece of equipment with confidence. They correct your form, provide spotting during challenging lifts, and help you see how every exercise contributes to your goals. With continuous guidance and feedback, you train safely and you train smart, making consistent progress every session..
Custom Nutrition Add-On
Training hard? Make sure your nutrition works just as smart. For added support, participants can consult a dietician to optimise nutrition. Whether you want to accelerate results or simply make conscious choices that align with your goals, personalised guidance ensures your fueling strategy matches your training and goals.
