1-on-1 Consultation

Your journey starts with a 30–45 minute in-person consultation and a comprehensive InBody assessment. This allows us to understand your goals, assess your current fitness profile, and identify the most effective path forward. From mobility checks to lifestyle conversations, we ensure your training roadmap is built on clarity, not guesswork.

Custom Nutrition Add-On

Training hard? Make sure your nutrition works just as smart. For added support, participants can consult a dietician to optimise nutrition. Whether you want to accelerate results or simply make conscious choices that align with your goals, personalised guidance ensures your fueling strategy matches your training and goals.

App-Based Monitoring

Our HQTC app is your all-in-one training hub. From booking sessions and tracking progress to performance metrics and coach feedback, your entire training journey lives in one place. Progress Check-ins

We believe in measuring what matters. That’s why regular progress check-ins are a core part of your training journey. Through InBody re-tests, movement assessments, and honest conversations, we review what’s working, adjust what’s not, and keep you motivated with clear milestones. Every check-in is an opportunity to reset, refine, and push forward.
