Infrared Sauna
Step into deep, gentle heat that works from the inside out. Unlike traditional saunas, our infrared sauna uses light waves to penetrate your skin and warm your muscles directly, helping to increase circulation, relieve tension, and promote cellular recovery. It's not just about sweating; it's about releasing stress, flushing out toxins, and giving your body space to reset on a deeper level. Another key benefit is improved heat tolerance, studies show that regular sauna use can actually enhance VO₂ max, supporting overall endurance and performance.

Cold Plunge Therapy
Cold plunge isn’t just a trend, it’s a powerful tool for recovery and resilience. Immersing in cold water activates your nervous system, reduces inflammation, boosts circulation, and helps flush lactic acid from tired muscles. It’s intense, but purposeful, and teaches you to stay calm under pressure, to breathe through discomfort, and to build strength from within.

Post-Workout Protocols
Your recovery, your way. Here’s how to get the most out of your post-workout recovery:
Contrast therapy
Start with the infrared sauna to open up blood flow and relax the nervous system, then follow with a cold plunge to reduce inflammation and accelerate recovery. Heat first, cold second, that’s your reset formula.
Deep recovery
Spending time in the sauna helps loosen tight muscles, improve circulation, and promote a sense of relaxation. Add cold plunge only if it feels right that day.
Mental reset
Even brief cold immersion can invigorate your system, clear your mind, and bring you back to centre.

Recovery Room Etiquette
To keep the space supportive and restorative for everyone, please follow a few simple guidelines:
- Be mindful. This is a quiet zone, a space to decompress and reset. Keep conversations low and devices on silent.
- Clean as you go. Wipe down any surfaces, including the sauna bench and cold plunge area. Towels are provided.
- Time matters. Please respect your booking window so others can enjoy their session. Each treatment has a recommended duration, but your total visit time should stay within your scheduled slot.
- Clothing + hygiene. Swimwear is required for the plunge. Please shower before using the sauna or cold therapy.

Reserve your time through the HQTC app. Walk-ins are welcome if space is available, but bookings take priority.
The Recovery Room is part of your training, treat it like a session. Come in with intention, leave better than when you came.
